Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges
(1) Product returns will be accepted only if the product is defective or different from the ordered product.
(Only if we are notified within 8 days of receipt of the merchandise.)
We do not accept cancellations or returns due to customer reasons, so please choose carefully when placing your order.

(2) Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, the following items cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged
・Opened or used products
・Merchandise that has been in the warehouse for more than 8 days after delivery
・Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer
・Products without package (bag or case)
・Products processed for the customer, such as custom-made products, products with names, etc.

(3) If the product is obviously defective or incorrect, we will bear the shipping costs for returning the product.
